Returns and Refunds Policy
This information on our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions of Sale. By accepting our Terms & Conditions of Sale (required when placing an order through this site) you also accept the conditions laid out in this Returns & Refunds Policy. Please read it carefully.

Changing Your Mind / Right to Cancel
At vivo we want you to be 100% happy with any purchase you make from from us.
If you change your mind for any reason, goods can be returned to us for a full refund if notified to us within 14 days of delivery; you have a further 14 days to dispatch the goods for their return back to us.
To return goods that are not faulty (i.e. because you changed your mind) they must be unused and in the condition they were delivered to you in. This does mean that, unless found faulty, we are unable to accept returns for:
- Uncured prepreg, owing to its perishable nature.
- Opened containers of resin, hardener, silicone or chemical release agent, unless found to be faulty or defective.
- Unrolled and improperly re-rolled fabrics, unless found to be faulty or defective.
- Any product that you have subsequently cut, shaped, broken or modified, unless found to be faulty or defective.
How to return goods because you changed your mind
Before returning an item you must contact us :LEI11123@OUTLOOK.COM.
We are unable to issue any refunds for products returned to us where we have not been contacted (within 14 days of receipt) to advise us that you wish to return some or all of your order.
